Loan Officer is the only role with two handoffs
The Loan Officer is the only role in the pipeline with two separate handoff points — one that happens before contract, and one triggered by the executed contract itself. Handoff 1 to Stephanie / Kelly happens pre-contract once documents are collected. Handoff 2 to James is triggered the moment the executed contract is emailed to gmgcontracts@goodwinmg.com.
